Their demand has grown significantly in recent years, in part due to increasingly stringent standards and regulations aimed at addressing global challenges such as climate change, resource depletion and waste generation. The development of new technologies has also boosted international trade in this sector. The provision of environmental consulting services online or the remote monitoring of renewable energy systems are examples of how technology has facilitated the cross-border supply of environmental services. Our vision is therefore to become a one-stop solution provider for increasingly critical consulting-, remediation-, field-, and tank services. We will experience rapid growth by utilizing current worldwide economic and legal megatrends by vigorously acquiring small to medium sized businesses with revenues between 2M USD to 30M USD. We have therefore set up a team of very experienced persons specializing in chemical- and environmental engineering, finance, private equity as well as mergers and acquisitions to manage and improve the performance of our portfolio companies. Most of our team members have a solid track-record of building and managing companies, taking them public or selling them off.
