The Extension Method™ is an innovative program of physical conditioning and rehabilitative techniques based on the fundamentals of classical ballet. Conceived by Jennifer Nichols, professional dancer and fitness specialist, The Extension Method™ combines classical ballet technique with contemporary athletic conditioning and is designed to impart the strength, posture, ease of movement, and sculpted physique of a dancer. The method is adapted for individually tailored programs as well as group sessions.

The new home of The Extension Method™ is the brainchild of professional dancer and fitness specialist, Jennifer Nichols. The Extension Room offers a unique and diverse array of fitness and dance classes, workshops and special events guided by professional dancers yet designed for everyone at all fitness levels.
