We are one of the largest travel agencies in Colombia, founded on September 3rd 1983 as Expreso Tours; then in 1993 changed the company name to Expreso Viajes y Turismo. On July 1st 2008 Expreso Viajes y Turismo became the travel agency of the Cafam Family Compensation Fund.
In this trajectory we have expanded our network offices reaching 9 in Bogotá, 2 in Cali, 2 in Barranquilla, 2 in Cartagena and projecting our vision we will be present in Medellín.
In our web page expresoviajes.com and in each of these offices we offer the following services: air tickets, hotel reservations, national and international tourist plans, advice on documentation and requirements, transfers to executives, medical assistance card, airport assistance and emergency services, among others.
Expreso Viajes y Turismo is certified in the ISO 9001:2008, NTS AV01:2002 and NTS AV02:2002 standards, thus evidencing the compliance and standardization of the processes that are executed in our agency. As a complement to these achievements, we have been awarded on several occasions by companies that recognize the performance and quality of the functions performed; In 2015 we won the award for Sustainable Tourism and in 2016 the Quality awarded by Mincomercio.
Our tourist products promote the commercialization of crafts and typical products of each region, promoting the Cultural Heritage of the Nation and the Special Regime for the Protection of Assets of Cultural Interest.
