The Experience Lab team has longstanding expertise in product development strategy and user-centered design. We are focused on usability, with years of hands-on experience architecting user-friendly interactions. We follow a customer-centered design approach for all of our projects. This starts with understanding business needs and includes gathering and synthesizing information about users, ensuring that designed systems meet users' needs and expectations. We are advocates for user experience, usability and the user point of view throughout the life of a project. We perform digital audits to remind you how customers encounter your products or services online. We do user research and usability testing, create user personas that guide projects, and build sitemaps and wireframes to keep teams on track. We also deliver design treatments and HTML/CSS buildouts. We collaborate with agencies and we work directly with companies to guide their web plans and products.
