We offer hotels the tools to up-sell & cross-sell, at scale; with intuitive front-end interfaces (TV/mobile apps, chatbots & wifi portal), real time PMS & CRM integrations, content partnerships, booking engine, multilingual CMS, analytics & marketing automation.
The problem:
During stay, hotels are mostly “blind” regarding how guests spend their time and money. And even when they have limited visibility, they lack the ways to influence purchasing behavior.
How we tackle it:
As a leader in cross-platform TV apps, we create experiences that are beautiful, fast and drive conversions. For hotels without Smart TVs, we turn any hotel room TV to Smart with a custom ZTE set-top-box. We also install multicast Sat-to-IPTV server, while the set-top-box is a wifi access point.
Our iOS and Android mobile apps offer guests a one-stop shop for discovering things to do in the hotel like dining, spa and local experiences.
Back-End:
First, we integrate with the leading Hotel PMSs, like Micros Opera to i) deliver timely info to guests in their language and ii) use personal data for fast check-outs.
Second, we link APIs of leading Destination Management Companies (or DMCs): as Excursions are typically the #1 source of profitability for DMCs, we help them digitize this largely still offline business and target their customers using hotel’s awareness channels.
Third, we establish partnerships with local bodies owning rich content, but struggling to spread the word among tourists.
Fourth, we bring in catalogues of 3rd party partners, enabling new scenarios like room-try-on: guests select items from their TV to be delivered in the room.
Analyze & drive action: We feed personal data from PMS combined with in-app analytics to a leading CRM, creating a consolidated guest profiles & targeted push messages.
In summary, we have built the first platform that integrates hotels, DMCs & local businesses offering guests curated experiences and seamless purchases.
