Evolution Hospitality Institute is a registered Training Organisation in the hospitality arena. Our registration reaches out to both the domestic and international student market as the institute gained its CRICOS accreditation in 2007. The Institute specialises in the training of all hospitality sectors including Cooks and Pastry Cooks, food and beverage, accommodation and more. Evolution Hospitality has won the 2014 NSW Small training provider of the year award. It has been a long road but with the dedication and passion of our staff, the students support networks and Industry partners we have been able to achieve this.
Evolution works with the industry to identify skills and gaps in training needs and works to fill these requirements. We believe that students need to be taught by those who have been there before, and to this end all of our trainers are industry experienced, well qualified and dedicated to the future of the hospitality industry. We also place a high emphasis on practical training and equipping students with the skills required to work and succeed in a fast-paced industry. Evolution's new campus is located in the Heart of the Sydney CBD, encompassing industry standard facilities; Evolution offers an authentic industry experience.
Over the last eight years Evolution Hospitality Institute has achieved four national and state awards. The Institute has taken on displaced and disadvantaged students and helped them to complete their training with its links to Evolution Employment Network. Through our assistance, the student has been able to complete studies and find reputable workplaces where they can grow and become an integral member of any hospitality team. The skills that our students acquire are based on the discussions and feedback Stuart and his management team have had with industry Establishments. The industry wants good basic skills, hygiene standards, communication and social understanding of the workplace.
