European Management Association (Ema)

The European Management Association (EMA) is a pan-European association of national management organisations and training bodies, bringing together management practitioners and professionals to share views, expertise and experience on management issues. EMA develops and promotes pan-European standards of competence for managers. Current areas of focus are: + the profile of the European Managers + new management and leadership styles + management performance / productivity / economic performance / corporate social responsibility/ social enterpreneurship/ corporate governance. Objectives EMA encourages the development of effective management practice at a European level. EMA offers opportunities for members to present ideas and initiate projects on core management topics. EMA promotes the interests of its member organisations in the dissemination of knowledge and practice on management.
