European Fitness League (EFL) is a pre-eminent events rights holder and organising body for team-based fitness racing. Launched in 2014, EFL is already creating big waves in the exciting sport of fitness racing. Our inaugural event, Strength in Depth (SiD), is open to all European fitness communities and has become the fastest growing fitness-based team competition outside of the US.
