Established in early 2010, Euro Latina Finance is a French independent financial advisory firm specialized in transactions in Latin America. With offices in Paris, São Paulo and Medellín, we provide tailor-made M&A and strategic advice to our clients. We typically act as sell-side or buy-side advisors, on minority and majority deals ranging mostly from US$100m to US$1bn+ in transaction value and we also provide advice on special situations (e.g. industrial restructuring, corporate governance, etc.) at our clients’ request.
