Etonhurst Investment Advisors is an India-focused real estate fund management platform based in Mumbai. The firm will invest in various real estate asset classes. Etonhurst has launched its maiden fund to invest in the fast-growing Mumbai redevelopment residential market. Founded in 2022 by Bamasish Paul and Tushar Bose, (with over 40 years of collective experience), Etonhurst is dedicated to navigating the dynamic landscape of real estate investments with precision and deep insight. The firm’s senior management has experience through multiple market cycles. Bamasish, co-founder & Managing Partner, is a veteran real estate private equity professional with a career encompassing more than two decades in real estate fund management, investment, development and asset management. He has held senior leadership positions in global private equity firms including AIG Global Real Estate and Brookfield Asset Management and has invested over INR 10,000 crores across office, residential, hospitality and industrial/warehousing. Our other co-founder, Tushar, has a wealth of experience in real estate advisory and has been advising transactions involving some of the largest global and domestic private equity firms. Our core investment strategy is to identify market dislocations and provide flexible capital and strategic support to investee companies to generate superior risk-adjusted returns.
