Some buildings that define its work and professional trajectory are the T4 of Madrid-Barajas Airport (with Richard Rogers) and the Bernabeu Stadium. Recently, it has completed the Centro Canalejas Madrid, which houses the first Four Seasons hotel in Spain, and the Airbus Campus in Madrid, and is developing the Schiphol Airport in Amsterdam and Tijuana Airport in Mexico.
In the residential area, Estudio Lamela is carrying out various exclusive housing projects in Madrid, some of which apply industrial construction systems.
Some office projects that stand out are the Astro Tower in Brussels, Europe’s tallest “green” building, “Discovery Building”, an office building in Madrid for Colonial, the Nestlé headquarters in Warsaw, the Caja Badajoz headquarters, a Contact Center for Banco Santander in Querétaro (Mexico) of 94,000 square meters, the John Deere headquarters in Madrid, as well as our own headquarters in Madrid.
Among the projects that are in the construction phase that stand out for its importance and size is “Madnum” for Colonial, one of the most important office development projects of the last decade in Madrid. It’s an integrative project that will combine offices, housing, retail, and green areas in the same space. The Four Seasons Hotel Formentor and the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Punta Negra, both in Mallorca, are also under construction.
