Welcome to Essential Education At Essential Education we aim to provide quality teaching and support to both primary and secondary schools across the Greater Manchester area. We provide educational staff for as little as a day or as long as required. The agency was founded in 2005 by Ben Horrocks, a teacher from Bury, and has been awarded Quality Mark for the past 3 years. A spokesman for the Quality Mark scheme said: "This award acknowledges the dedication and professionalism that go into ensuring these stringent standards of complience are met on a daily basis. In maintaining the standards, Essential Education is a credit to the reputation of the industry". The company has been successful in its field because schools know that Essential Education only provides teachers and staff who are fit for purpose, trained and competent and emotionally equipped for the rigours of a demanding job. They also realise that our thorough screening involves face-to-face interviews with an experienced recruitment consultant and a process in which all the relevant identification and CRB certificates checked. Meanwhile, its teachers know that they will be placed in schools to which they are well-suited - schools where they feel safe and valued, where they can shine, and where they are rewarded for doing an important job.
