We are a Craft Coffee Roastery located in Erie, Colorado, specializing in single origin, Direct Trade, Farmer Direct coffee beans. This allows us to bring in and roast the very highest quality green coffee beans and ensures the farmers receive the most for their harvests. Our Mission is to support the farmers in coffee growing regions while simultaneously bringing you the best, perfectly roasted, highest quality coffee available to you. Just as breweries, wineries, and distilleries offer tastings of their incredible products, we do the same with our amazing coffees. We will leverage this site to promote our monthly coffee tastings, educating our customer/base about the coffee process and supply chain from "bean to cup", and help build your coffee palate to appreciate yet another of life's finer, enjoyable things. Meet us: Nate Zautke is our Head-Roaster and Lisa Zautke is the Biz Ops, Marketing side of the team. We operate our roastery out of an airplane hangar at the Erie Airport--pretty cool venue! When we're not at work we're fully enjoying our almost-3-year-old twins and family & friends in and around our Colorado home. We target Wholesale and online retail accounts. We are FDA-registered and CO Health Dept Compliant and inspectable. Come check us out!
