Established in October 2001 and having commenced operations in Gebze in 2002 with a 150 thousand ton annual capacity cold slitting and 100 thousand ton annual capacity cut-to-length lines, Erdemir Çelik Servis Merkezi San. ve Tic. A.Ş. (Ersem) operates as a steel service center at superior standards. Ersem serves companies in the automotive, appliances, general machinery and manufacturing, heating, electrical and electronics, and similar industries. We meet the immediate demands of our customers; we ship the products at the desired grades and dimensions promptly to the desired locations; we manage the inventory; and we serve specialized demands such as manufacturing at very low margin of error/variation and delivery in small shipments.
