EQUILIBRIA assists and advises foreign governments on the effective development and implementation of legal, policy and procedural frameworks around sustainable resource development, including around indigenous, community and sustainability issues, while at the same time being consistent with governmental goals of resource development and supporting foreign investment. EQUILIBRIA advices on legal risk mitigation and conflict resolution around resource development, helping Canadian businesses successfully invest in emerging markets. Equilibria also works with BLG and BLG clients as a consult on Latin American business development and legal risk mitigation associated with Latin American markets, providing advisory services where Canadian clients wish to pursue opportunities in Latin America or Latin American companies wish to come to Canada.
