The ENiGMA is a proven electronic device, developed to effectively remove and prevent scale build up in water systems, without using expensive water softeners or damaging chemicals. The ENiGMA requires no plumbing, is maintenance free and can be either fitted to protect an individual appliance, or installed to protect even the most complex water systems, keeping them free of scale indefinitely and thereby ensuring long term savings of energy and both financial and manpower resources. In 1990 ETC won the What’s New in Industry Award for services to British Industry. The company believes in continuous investment in research and development. ETC is an active Member of British Water. ETC was also a founder member of the UK Physical Water Conditioning Association (UKPWCA) which operated a strict code of conduct ensuring clients receive accurate advice and a high level of technical support.
