The Environmental Law Foundation (ELF) is a registered charity in Wales and England that was founded in 1992. We help the voice of ordinary people and communities to be heard on matters affecting the environment in which they live.
We exist primarily to help socially and economically disadvantaged communities who wish to address their concerns, but lack the resources or information, to gain access to justice and participate in discussions about their local wild and natural spaces.
We do this by providing free information and guidance in-house on environmental issues for individuals and communities, also through our university based law clinics, and via our network of specialist environmental lawyers and technical experts.
If you have the means to do so, please consider donating to ELF and help us continue to create meaningful and lasting change in the fight for preservation and sustainability. Your support will help protect nature's rights, and ensure that generations to come will be able to experience the beauty of nature. https://elflaw.org/donate/
