Business Analysis is a collective name for almost all roles which hover between Business and IT, such as Business-, Process- and Information Analysts, Product Owners, Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches. Undoubtedly the name of our profession will keep changing in the coming years. What stays, however, is the competence set of our colleagues: analytical, strong communication skills, politically aware, feeling for Business and IT, enterprising, daring and extroverted.
