Entertainment and Media Group Limited (EMG) is a fast growing group of companies principally involved in live entertainment,theatre, multi-media and broadcast television in the UK and internationally. Established in 2010 by it’s Directors and founder shareholders, the company is establishing London’s first newly built state-of-the-art theatre in Central London for over 30 years – called the St. James Theatre. EMG acts as an incubator of high quality entertainment & media ventures which enables interaction between the various activities of group companies. The group has a number of wholly owned operating companies including Entertainment Theatres Limited which operates and manages the St. James Theatre. Other group companies are Entertainment Television Limited, Price Studios Limited, On Stage Entertainment Limited, Maximum Entertainment Group Limited and EMG Entertainment Ventures Limited. A core feature of the company’s future strategy will be to link the individual group companies and to encourage cross marketing, PR and the exploitation of new business opportunities. This will allow the group to benefit from the activities of each group activity, thereby maximising potential profits.
