For many years they became proficient at the various disciplines necessary to be successful title and acquisition agents. During that time, it became evident that a higher level of honesty and character could be brought to the workplace. It was determined that the industry was in desperate need of companies where integrity and work ethic were valued, and as a result, ERP was formed.
