Energia is a singapore based company with a subsidiary in India . Energia’s Mumbai venture was established in 2011 to partner with educational institution for providing essential 21st century skills. Energia as an organisation offers a US based program "Structure of Intellect" model which enhances the curriculum learning abilities of individual students. SOI identifies and measures 90 human cognitive abilities. These abilities lay foundation for acquisition of specific academic skills. In this sense there is a natural transition for SOI abilities to related academic and practical skills; SOI training can be viewed as preparatory for acquiring curriculum content. SOI Systems is dedicated to nurturing multi-faceted intelligence. SOI training is viewed as remedial and developmental since it provides the (missing) foundations for acquiring academic and practical skills. Our vision is to provide a platform where global young adults can learn 21st century essential adaptive skills to succeed both in their work and their life.
