Encore Recruitment was set-up by Lucy Ratoff in October 2020. After 20 years in her previous role as an employee, it was time to step into the spotlight as company Director at Encore. Lucy specialises in fashion and retail recruitment. It’s going to be an interesting and challenging journey. Our aim is to figure out what works for us, so we contribute to positive social and environmental impacts. To start with we’ve become members of 1% for the Planet. It means we commit to donating at least 1% of our annual sales revenue to environmental charities. We’ve chosen our initial charities; Surfers Against Sewage and FareShare.
