Enactus Western University

Enactus Western University works to foster student entrepreneurship in London, Ontario by providing resources and mentorship for our affiliated projects. Our mission is to create community based social change through social enterprise, using our belief in seeing opportunity, taking action and enabling progress together. Our hardworking and dedicated members have created numerous socially responsible projects that improve the lives of people in the London community, including our most recent projects Food Fund, and Roll Up. FOOD FUND is a student-started, subscription-based, imperfect produce delivery service. They source, pack and deliver boxes of farm fresh produce right to their customer's door on a weekly basis. FoodFund rescues produce from being wasted, fairly compensates growers and provides affordable and convenient access to fresh food for each and every household. ROLL UP is a social enterprise that intends to hire those with employment barriers to collect and refurbish gently used mobility devices. Our goal is to provide low cost, high-quality devices to those that cannot afford or do not qualify for a government-subsidized device while creating opportunities for meaningful employment in our community. Ultimately, we use our minds for business and hearts for the world to advance the economic, social and environmental health of Canada and empower entire communities.
