After graduating from the University of Michigan, I decided it was time to detox from the fast-food "college-diet", eat well and get fit. At first I started with just running, then I added in strength training and soccer. Now I continue to keep things fresh by mixing in some yoga, pilates and kickboxing. Exercising has left me feeling limber, energetic, confident and beautiful. I want to pass those feelings along to my clients.
