Our Capability Control Valves Diagnostics and Repair: Empower Solutions Inc. capable of installing, calibrate, troubleshooting, and complete overhauling any major brand of Control Valves and Regulators. Control valve with Pneumaticor Electro-pneumatic positioners (Hart, Fieldbus, and Profibus). Linear and Rotary actuators with valves type Globe, Ball, Butterfly, Gate, etc. We also do Preventive Maintenance (PMA)contracts on yearly basis. Electronics Repair: We are specializing in repair and troubleshooting of Electrical Equipment, CNC Machines, Variable frequency drives, AC/DC Drives, Servo Drives, HMI’s, Touch Screen Panels, Programming & Repair of PLCs, Servo Motor Repair, and AC Dc Motor repair. We also specialized in Instrumentation and process control. We provide industrial repair and troubleshooting of all the major brands including Siemens, Indramat, Allen Bradley, GE Fanuc, Kollmorgen, Schenider Square D, ABB, Powertech, Eurotherm, Yaskawa, Aerotech. Electric Motor and Gearbox Repair: Our engineering expertise and production capability allow us to remanufacture all major AC & DC motors up to 5000 hp. Complete overhauling of the gearbox of any size. Instruments NIST Standard Calibration: We are equipped with the latest certified test equipment traceable to National and/or International Standards, we provide Routine and Certified calibration on a regular basis for various types of instruments. Certificates of Calibration are completed on-site and issued where required. Types of Instruments we calibrate include but are not limited to recorders, controllers, and transmitters.
