Empowr Transformation

EmpowR Transformation inspires and supports people, communities, organizations, and institutions to build capacity for navigating the complexities of transformational change. We hold space to embody and integrate the values of transformative justice to support shifting perspectives, patterns, and behaviors to cocreate cultural conditions for collective liberation. Our services include trauma-informed facilitation, group communication and conflict evolution, community building and engagement, organizational change consulting, personal healing support, leadership growth, educational programs, community events, and nature-centered retreats. EmpowR Transformation is a woman owned business, a web of collaborators, and a community of evolving humans committed to building new ways of being in relationship with ourselves, each other, and the Earth. EmpowR Transformation is located at Grandmother Cherry Sanctuary—a medicinal plant farm and healing forest in Plainfield, Vermont, land of the Abenaki People. Our work is committed to cultural healing from the roots of colonization to empower a more socially and environmentally just and liberated world.
