Emerge Career is a gov-tech company that builds hybrid job training programs for people coming out of incarceration. We’re on a mission to break cycles of recidivism by training justice-involved individuals for jobs in industries facing labor shortages, starting with commercial truck driving. Before building Emerge, co-founders Zo and Gabe previously built Ameelio, a nonprofit prison communications platform used by 5 million people worldwide and funded by Reid Hoffman, Jack Dorsey, and Vinod Khosla.
