We intentionally design beautiful spaces & experiences with playful purpose and expert proficiency that boldly stand out from the mundane to create a positive impression on the future for people and communities. We started Emboss in 1980 to do meaningful work that was valuable to our community. We believe that good design has the power to transform people’s lives. That’s why we design sustainable, LEED certified, budget-conscious and environmentally sensitive educational spaces. Our architects strive to create solutions that are personalized to our clients, inspired by their communities and alive with energy and care. We believe architecture has the power to influence human behavior, evoke emotion, and honor the specific nuances of each client’s vision while embodying a reverence for place. We are a small but mighty architecture firm that focuses on both commercial and residential markets although the bulk of our work is in the commercial realm and the educational sector. We combine expertise and technical performance with a modern, fresh sensibility. We’re located in Newport, Kentucky, but work on projects across the United States.
