Ellsey & Co is a unique family business which has brewed, stocked and supplied vinegar since 1932. This long history provides us with an unmatched network of portential suppliers and exceptional knowledge of the vinegar industry. With a focus on our core business of UK food manufacturers, we always hold large stocks of our core line of vinegars. In addition we can supply some of the best balsamic vinegars from Modena in Italy and can develop and supply bespoke vinegar based marinades and seasonings. We have also made a major investment in our BRC grade A++ accredited site and our own transport fleet to ensure an unmatched level of service which, matched to our large stocks, ensure we never let our customers down.
