A CONVICTION/RISK DNA With more than 19 years of management history and €2.4 billion under management (as at 31/12/2022), ELLIPSIS AM specialises in European and Global convertible bonds, credit - particularly high yield -, and listed derivatives. We focus our expertise on value-added asset classes through two specialised management divisions. The Convertibles & Credit division brings together our historical and proven management expertise. The Overlay & Customised Portfolio Solutions division has been developing know-how in equity portfolio hedging and risk allocation solutions since 2008. As a signatory of the Principles for Responsible Investment (UN PRI), our discretionary management includes an ESG approach (outside the scope of optional overlay mandates). Our conviction and active management funds are all classified as "article 8" according to SFDR regulations. With nearly 25 employees, ELLIPSIS AM is a subsidiary of Kepler Cheuvreux since 2022.
