Founded in early 2013, during a time of nationwide consolidation among roofing distributors, a group of seasoned distributor professionals decided to go against the trend and start a local, manager-owned distributorship called Elite Roofing Supply. The founding partners felt customers would appreciate a distributor where the managers are owners and therefore understand what it’s like to run a business. They also felt customers were eager to work face to face with owners at a local level rather than having to call a corporate office hundreds or thousands of miles away.
