El Paso Zoo serves as a regional center for family fun, education, and conservation efforts for wildlife and natural resources.
Our 35-acre (14 ha) facility houses animals representing over 220 species, including such critically endangered species as the Amur leopard and the Aruba rattlesnake. The zoo is the home of the Wildlife Amphitheater, which hosts the Wings of The World Birdshow.
The El Paso Zoo is an accredited member of the Association of Zoos and Aquariums (AZA).
