Eggs Initiative

The EgGS Initiative offers girls opportunities to learn from and be inspired by STEM professional women to enhance their ability to succeed in related careers. Our workshops, held in business settings, provide students with experiences to explore what it takes to thrive in fields traditionally dominated by men. EgGS strives to make each workshop a personal, engaging and authentic experience. Programs and resources are designed to develop a student's networking skills, consider techniques to ask effective questions, understand how to deal with gender bias, and consider ways to advocate for oneself. EgGS partners with local companies, professional groups and schools to encourage the next generation of STEM professional women.
