At Education Interactive we are passionate about engaging all students in science and encouraging the uptake of STEM subjects in later school years. Our forensic science workshops have been loved by schools and students across Australia, the UK and Ireland. Over the past 15 years we have visited 4,089 schools and taught 712,685 children.
Developed with forensic experts and school teachers to ensure the content is scientifically accurate and aligned to current key learnings of the curriculum, our workshops bring science to life and enhance the learning experience by taking on the role of the Forensic Scientist and solving real life crimes.
During our interactive workshops, students examine evidence recovered from the crime scene, suspects and witnesses. Theories are developed, tested and accepted or rejected as they interpret the evidence. Students use deductive reasoning to solve the crime by building a case to prove who did it, what happened, how and why.
Don’t forget to take advantage of our online teacher resources to help you run your own experiments and make progress towards your learning objectives.
