Edgehaven Ltd is a specialist Alternative assets advisory business for institutional investors. We provide flexible, personalised advice and hand-picked fund recommendations across the broad landscape of Alternative assets. Founded in 2013 in Sydney, Australia we also set up a base office in London, UK in 2013. The company was established by Bev Durston, a seasoned investment industry professional who has worked in the superannuation and sovereign wealth industries in the UK, Australia and Singapore. We provide alternative assets advice on asset class strategy, sourcing managers and funds, portfolio construction and risk management. Our implemented solutions use creative manager selection from a multi sourced model to produce prudent, risk adjusted returns tailored for the client’s unique portfolio. Clients include Australian and UK superannuation funds and a Not-for-Profit entity. Edgehaven has proven experience at sourcing successful new investments, advising on portfolio composition, negotiation of fees and commercial terms, navigation of legal and tax issues, obtaining suitable operational due diligence and providing ongoing monitoring and reporting for these investments. At a time of increasing focus on compliance for investments this service affords access to the breadth of alternative investing opportunities combined with the necessary governance checks and balances.
