I consult for companies looking to drive industry-leading profit growth through the advancement of EDGE versus key competitors. Focus areas include: 1) identifying or creating products which meet the needs of target consumers in a superior way vs. key competitors, 2) employing world-class marketing and sales skills to create messaging which persuades and thrills consumers/clients and retailers to support the brand in preference to competitive options.
My method of action is to essentially "join the team" for the duration of the project, working & training collaboratively such that the work has a deep level of understanding and ownership within the corporate executives and as such, lives on after my departure from the project.
