Eden Specialty Ciders is a boutique producer at the forefront of the Heritage Cider movement: ciders made from heirloom and tannic apple varieties, pressed once per year at harvest, and aged naturally to provide the purest expression of fruit and terroir. We produce world-class dry champagne method ciders, cider-based aperitifs and ice ciders from 100% locally and sustainably grown apples. Our ciders are available online and to the trade in 17 states plus the District of Columbia.
