Echjay Forgings Pvt. Ltd. is one of the pioneers in the field of steel forgings in India. Established over 50 years ago, the name Echjay has become synonymous with quality forgings not only in India, but the world over. Located at Honad Village in Khopoli, Echjay is a one-stop solution for all kinds of forgings, with full-fledged facilities including: die and tool design, die sinking, forging, heat treatment, ring rolling, welding, ultrasonic testing, CNC machining etc. Employing close to 500 employees, Echjay's well-trained and experienced work force is it's main asset. Echjay's capacity is 2000 MT per month, divided between 3 hammers, 1 hydraulic backward extrusion press, and a 100/40 radial-axial ring-rolling mill. An ISO 9001:2000 company, Echjay has many approvals like AD-2000 W0, PED, Canadian Appendix "H" certificates, as well as various certifications from customers/end-users.
