Ecclesia is a rapidly growing e-company dedicated to corporate services in Hong Kong. Our innovative website facilitates the global interaction between entrepreneurs or corporate (Users) and the professionals doing incorporations in Hong Kong (Operators). It allows a dynamic content generation of the forms of the Companies Registry (CR) as required by Hong Kong laws and regulations, and online customer’s portfolio follow-up and back-up. Ecclesia started with online Hong Kong company incorporation and is now developing additional applications for maintaining the companies in good standing. Apart from the alert system for the renewal of business registration certificate and the freshly released feature for the Appointment of Director(s), Ecclesia will soon provide full range of applications commonly used by company secretaries including but not limited to, Change of Address, Change of Particulars, Annual Return and Statutory Records. Moreover, Ecclesia is now working closely with the CR to develop a third party interface for direct connection with the new online interface developed by the CR (ICRIS II). Soon, Ecclesia will allow professionals to manage most of their clients online, avoiding paper, hardware investment and maintenance, and to improve data security.
