Founded in 2013, Eau Claire Distillery is Alberta's first craft distillery. Eau Claire is a dynamic, fast growing and entrepreneurial company producing and selling award-winning spirits, including Parlour Gin, Three Point Vodka, Prickly Pear EquineOx, Single Malt Whisky and a range of seasonally-inspired products. The first Single Malt Whisky distillery in Alberta, Eau Claire produces farm-to-glass products and is rapidly growing its market reach across Canada and the United States.
