Eastside Pathways envisions a community where every child is happy, healthy, and successful. It follows the collective impact framework, which has been successful in many communities, and is a member of the StriveTogether national network. We focus on aligning efforts and building relationships across organizations to address the systemic barriers that hold some students back. We are guided by data and working to improve outcomes in four key areas: kindergarten readiness, 3rd grade reading, high school graduation, and postsecondary completion.
