Eastern Oklahoma Tribal Schools Facilities Management Program (EOTS) was created by a Resolution of the Inter-Tribal Council of the Five Civilized Tribes in 1997.
The main purpose of the program is to provide facility management and architectural services to a consortium of eastern Oklahoma’s four tribally operated schools comprised of Chickasaw Children's Village (Chickasaw Nation), Eufaula Dormitory (Muscogee [Creek] Nation), Jones Academy (Choctaw Nation), and Sequoyah High School (Cherokee Nation). Services are also extended to the school’s host tribes as scheduling allows.
The EOTS program is non-profit and is administered by the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma.
