EastWing Architects is a Baltimore-based, collaborative design studio based in a sunny corner of a warehouse on the edge of town. We design spaces and places for curious, creative and bold clients. We mostly design custom homes, alter existing homes to better serve their owners, and help visionary business owners bring their ideas to life. We especially love reimaging and modernizing historic buildings, navigating challenging sites and contributing to the revitalization of our vibrant neighborhoods - one building at a time. We are obsessed with rowhomes. We like big ideas, afternoon coffee runs and day games at Camden Yards.
EastWing Architects was founded in 2018 in the back bedroom of Evan’s Hampden rowhome with humble aspirations of designing unique spaces for interesting people - mostly kitchens and bathrooms in the early days. Ole moved out from Seattle shortly after, and brought his experience in custom interiors and 3D rendering with him. Riding the wave of the pandemic building boom, our team and portfolio grew steadily - first as a remote group of designers working virtually from spare bedrooms across the country - and eventually evolved into our incredible team of locals working together, designing unique spaces for interesting people, in our sunny little corner of a warehouse on the edge of town.
