• Responsible for seeking new residential mortgage business and selling Eagle Mortgage products to meet production goals.
•Identify, develop and maintain business relationships in order to produce reoccurring and or new opportunities.
•Conduct interviews with prospective borrowers in order to analyze credit and financial data to determine the customers objectives, and advice them on the guidelines regarding their loans.
•To maintain knowledge of market changes and conditions daily as well as lending programs, policies and procedures required by State and Federal guidelines.
