Exapsys Exascale Performance Systems

EXAPSYS (EXAscale Performance SYStems) is a start-up company that focuses on high-performance computing (HPC) systems and applications. The company was formed through the merger of research teams from FORTH and Synelixis Solutions SA, and has also acquired intellectual property (IP) from several Cloud and HPC projects developed by Synelixis. The goal of EXAPSYS is to develop innovative, highly parallel applications for novel Cloud and HPC heterogeneous systems that utilize FPGAs and other accelerators, such as AI accelerators, in order to meet real-world industrial needs. The company actively participates in several HPC EU research projects and the EXAPSYS core research and development team has a strong track record in the development of novel, highly parallel applications for homogeneous and heterogeneous systems, efficient FPGA-based accelerators, and innovative simulators for highly parallel heterogeneous systems.
