EIMC was started 40+ years ago by Renan Delgado as a small family-based business, and has grown into what is today, a leading property management company based out of Hialeah, Florida in the highly competitive Southeast US Market. Antonio Delgado is not only the President of EIMC, he is a dedicated Partner and owner. Our portfolio consists of a total of 22 communities, located in Florida and North Carolina, that totals in excess of 1700 apartment homes and industrial/office. EIMC is fortunate to have long term employees that are highly skilled in all aspects of Multi-Family Housing. Our employees take ownership in our communities and bring to the table dedication, integrity, honesty, communication, and the skills to make EIMC a highly competitive and sought after Management Company. Historically, a total of 50% of an individual or family’s total household income is paid toward their home, whether they’re renting or buying. We offer quality apartment homes that are still competitively affordable. We approach this with basic steps that guarantee profitability. First, the Senior Staff develops a comprehensive plan for maintaining the asset. This includes a monthly budget, capital improvement program, preventative maintenance program, advanced marketing, and training through education. We then empower our onsite Property Managers and staff with the tools to effectively maintain their properties and take ownership. Secondly, we track our results constantly to maintain focus, address daily challenges, and reach financial goals. EIMC operates with a solid foundation and shows loyalty to every employee.
