ETC East Africa Ltd (ETC-EA) is a regional consultancy organization in development programs. In working with development partners, ETC East Africa seeks to strengthen the capacity of Government Departments, NGOs/PBOs, and private institutions in development activities. The Company has extensive experience with long-term management and implementation of development and research projects and programmes as well as short-term assignments for multilateral or bilateral agencies and other development partners.
