ETC International provides innovative software development, training, security, and program management solutions to the US government, commercial sector, and to international partner countries. ETC's foundation comes from the Security Cooperation world, where its founders established a startup US Navy command that supported US Security Cooperation and Security Assistance goals by conducting hundreds of Maritime Security-related mobile training team missions. That standard of mission and personnel excellence continues in the private sector now with the 2012 founding of ETC.
