We offer domestic and international recruitment services on “sweat equity” basis together with seed capital to pre-IPO tech companies headquartered in Norway interested in expanding into the U.S. market. In addition, we are also interested in investing in international research firms/RPO´s and companies providing complimentary services to ESR, such as IT- consultancies, technological solutions geared towards HR, recruitment and assessment. In addition to building winning dream teams and boards of directors in return for equity, we can also provide strategic HR services.
