Students are the future healthcare workforce, and current student leaders will be leading the way. ESLIH is committed to giving current healthcare students and clinical scientists an accessible opportunity to be inspired by clinical leaders, receive practical leadership teaching and to celebrate their leadership achievements. Supported by Faculty of Medical Leadership and Management (FMLM) and Health Education England (HEE), ESLIH is led by FMLM clinical fellows (current and Alumni).
